What are your standard shipping times and costs?
We offer tiered shipping rates based on your location and order volume. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for metro areas, while regional deliveries may take up to 10 business days.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We want you to love your space. If you change your mind, items can be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original packaging and unassembled. Note that a restocking fee may apply.
Do your lighting products come with a warranty?
Yes, all CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING electrical fixtures come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and buy-now-pay-later services for your convenience.
Are your products available for viewing in a showroom?
