Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authority (RA) number, ensuring you include your order details and reason for return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the item in its original, undamaged packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the product remains in a resaleable condition during transit.
Arrange Transportation
Once your return is approved, ship the item back to our warehouse using a trackable courier service, as the cost and safety of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Our warehouse team will inspect the returned goods upon arrival; once cleared, we will process your refund or store credit, excluding original shipping and handling fees.
